She is an economic development and communications professional, a jack of many trades. Previous work includes nearly 17 years as business development and communications director for the City of Mandan, where she helped establish an array of economic development tools and outreach programs to grow Mandan’s business sector, revitalize its downtown and improve overall community vibrancy. Combined with 15 years at the North Dakota Wheat Commission in communications, product promotion and issues management, Huber draws from a considerable breadth and depth of experience. |

Huber is a wife, mother and grandmother. She and her husband raise and train Quarter horses at their place in rural Mandan on acreage that was part of her family’s farm and ranch. She enjoys barrel racing, snuggling twin grandchildren, volunteering for local rodeo and horse organizations, and is always seeking to “sharpen her saw.” |
