Ellen has put her heart and soul into making Mandan a better place. Many of the programs that helped the rebound and success of Mandan can be directly attributed to her.

I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt thanks for your engaging presentations at the EDND training. The "FUN: Made in Mandan" concept showcased on the back of the wayfinding signs as I zipped over to Mandan to check out the new arena was wonderful to see. It's incredible to see how small things like that can have a profound influence on a community. It left me feeling inspired and motivated to explore similar initiatives in my own role.
As I navigate my new position, I can already tell that I will be reaching out to you for guidance and support. Your expertise and experience with the City of Mandan, and now Community Matters are invaluable, and I genuinely appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge.

When the Rolla JDA was in need of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a project and to support a grant application, Danielle Mickelson chose Community Matters, LLC and Ellen Huber for the project.
“Ellen has always been a strong force in the EDC/JDA world. Her work in Mandan was exemplary. I knew if needed excellent service, Ellen was who I needed. Ellen was easy to work with, for sure. The whole project was done in a timely and professional manner. We secured an excellent partner in our project using the RFP that Ellen created. Then we were able to go forward and apply and receive a Strengthen ND grant.”
Danielle recommends Ellen for her “knowledge and professionalism.”
